Comments:
There is disagreement about the fourth note of Phrase 2 (near the end of the first staff system). Van der Werf, Gennrich, and Cuesta read it as F, making the line read FFFE; Switten and Anglès read it as a G, transcribing the line as FGFE. In the manuscript, the fourth note is slightly higher than the two surrounding F's so that it is just barely sitting on top of the staff line. I have transcribed it here as G. Anglès does not include the plica at the end of the second to last neume in Phrases 3, 6 and 7, transcribing it as FEDED instead of FEDEEd
